Also, technicians will support clients’ operations on a daily basis either on-site or remotely. They will explain technical issues to non-technical users, build and maintain good relations with clients, and will respond promptly to requests of clients for support or fixing their infrastructural issues. MCSEs will have to pinpoint the drawbacks of the clients’ infrastructure and make suggestions to improve it by following their organizational processes.


MCSEs will partner with third-party service providers to oversee systems and fix issues. They provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support both on-site and remotely. Experts will manage desktop imaging process, including creating and updating.
